Birth Doula Services
Here for You
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. Birth Doulas are there for several weeks prior; to help you form your birthing plan and prepare for the momentous event ahead. I am available for calls/texts in the event of any question or concerns that may arise, and offer loving support during your entire birthing experience. This includes companionship, nonmedical professional advise, as well as physical and emotional support. As a Birth Doula, I am also available to support you in your breast feeding endeavors, if this is something you would like to do.
Services
Birth Doulas offer a support system for both the birthing mother and their partner. My birth package includes 2-3 prenatal visits; in which I will assist you in making your Birthing Plan, cover any questions you may have, determine what comfort measures you are interested in, and more.
During your labor and delivery, I will be present to offer holistic comfort; emotionally, physically (with massage, aromatherapy if this interests you, positioning and more).
I am also available to assist with guidance on breast-feeding, general care and anything you may need more information on. This is a big event!
My birth package also includes 1 postpartum visit to help with anything that may have come up and to celebrate your birth. Birth Doula's are your birthing companion, aid, and advocate.
Constellation Birth Package
50% due at time of booking, remainder paid in full by the 36th week of pregnancy.

Fees are determined based on a sliding scale. This depends upon the level of care needed by the birthing person and their family, as well as the distance of travel required. Fees can be discussed in full at your complimentary Meet & Greet.
2-3 Prenatal Visits
Companionship during Labor/Delivery (up to 16 hours - hourly rate applies after the 16th hour)
1 Postpartum Visit

I am also a Birth/Bereavement Doula - if you are experiencing a Terminal Pregnancy, do not hesitate to reach out. Your package will differ from the one above, and will cater to your specialized needs, regardless of which trimester you are in. The time I spend with you will be far longer than a traditional Birth Doula service.
